Music, Museum, Makers' Market make up Arkadelphia's Mid-South Music Festival 

The Mid-South Music Festival comes to Arkadelphia, Arkansas. 

The event will take place on Friday, October 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Saturday, October 18, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The event is free to attend. 

This festival brings unforgettable performances, family fun, and a lineup of fresh and talented regionally and nationally touring talent. Check out the video below for a recap of the 2024 Mid-South Music Festival: 
This year, the 2025 Mid-South Music Festival launches with a Flashback Friday themed night. This is a celebration of the music that defined the 1990s. 

According to the Mid-South Music Festival website, the event strives to uplift and support artists across the mid-south. Downtown Arkadelphia will become a world full of music, visuals, and culinary arts to bring life to the town. The evening features:

  • High-energy performances from a variety of artists (including headliner Graham Barham)
  • Cooking demonstrations and tastings
  • Crafter vendor show
  • Interactive workshops
  • Food truck competitions 
  • Live DJ, and more

Makers' Market in Attendance Welcoming New Vendors 
The reimagined Makers' Market will be hosted at the 2025 festival. The area will feature 27 new regional craft vendors and one-of-a-kind shopping. The Makers' Market will be open Friday, October 17, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, October 18, from 11 a.m. to sunset.

The Makers' Market will showcase a variety of artists skilled in woodworking, crocheting, graphic design, resin art, custom jewelry, clothing, and handmade home goods, all at an affordable price. Jenna Friday, the Festival Coordinator, states that she "can't wait to share these talented makers with our community."

Mid-South Music Festival Welcomes Arkansas Museum of Discovery 
The Arkansas Museum of Discovery joins the festival on Sunday, October 18. The museum is set to host free interactive science shows at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m.

The Museum of Discovery is the state's premier science and technology center. With missions to spark interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEAM), the museum creates hands-on experiences designed to engage families and children.
